He has served as Chairman of the New Hampshire Real Estate commission and President of the New Hampshrie Chapter of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers (now the Appraisal Institute). Before retiring from appraisal assignments, he held the coveted SRA designation and has served for many years on the Seacoast Board of Realtors. Patricia Foss, founding and former partner of Tate & Foss, has over 18 years in the industry, and has been a Rye Beach resident for 20 years. Although Pat has relinquished her participation in management, she continues to be actively involved in Real Estate sales at Tate & Foss.
With over 31 years experience, Ned is the hands-on principal of Tate & Foss, who continues to list and sell Real Estate on the company's behalf. He believes it is the quality of the firm's individual brokers that distinguish it from other firms. All Tate & Foss agents, carefully assembled over the years, have been fully and individually trained in all areas of residential real estate. All agents have had considerable experience in the industry, with many having more that fifteen years in the real estate field.
